Professional Summary
I am currently a final year PhD student at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, co-supervised by Prof. Gao Cong and Prof. Xiaohui Bei. I also work with Prof. Han Mao Kiah and Prof. Cheng Long.
My research interests are mainly in database management systems, Data+AI, and multimedia data analytics. My current research topics are as follows:
- Autonomous driving data management and analytics, e.g., efficient query processing on point cloud data (SIGMOD'25 and Demo), efficient point cloud storage management.
- Applied machine learning for database modules optimization, e.g., cardinality estimation (VLDB'22), learned indexes–learning (VLDB'23) and distribution shift handling (Preprint).
